The greenhouses at Shady Hill Gardens are state of the art glass greenhouses that came from Holland.  The original greenhouses in Elburn were built in 1992 and the garden center was first open in 1999 making this spring our 10th year in Elburn. 

You will find a wide assortment of plants that tempt gardeners that travel from all over Chicagoland to Shady Hill each spring.  Geraniums are what we have become known for, but there are many more plants that are sure to give your yard and planters that look that you want and deserve.  Our friendly staff is more than happy to answer your questions and assist you with your choices.
